It is important that you read our terms and conditions before you proceed with the project.
- Choosing the product online:
Please make sure you choose your product carefully, this includes the type of timber floor, design and colour. You can also visit our showroom before ordering the material. - Floor levelling:
In some instances when we visit the site, the existing flooring may be uneven which means there could be additional cost involved. If the customer does not want to pay for the additional cost of fixing uneven flooring, the installers will proceed with the job However the job completed cannot be guaranteed. - Job Site:
The job site should be empty, if you need assistance in moving the furniture, you must let us know in advance and there will be additional cost in removing the furniture. We will not be liable for any damages caused by moving the furniture and the customer must be present at the site while this procedure takes effect. - During the installation process:
Please be advised that there will be a lot of dust during the installation process therefore please make sure all your furniture is covered to avoid dust getting inside your contents. - After completion
Of the job, if any door touches the floor board, it will require trimming of the door. If the door is trimmed by our installers, there will be additional charges for each door. - Once the job has been completed, our installer will clean the area, however you are responsible to do your own deep cleaning of the job site.
- Skirting boards:
To replace new skirting boards, you are required to organise your own painter that can assist with patching and painting. - Payment Instructions:
1st payment 20% at the time of purchase. 2nd payment must be paid prior to the pick up of goods from the warehouse, and once an installation date has been confirmed. If the customer does not proceed with the installation or pick up of the goods, the 20% deposit will not be refundable.
